Saturday afternoon we were graced with the presence of a beautiful mermaid and a lovely ballerina. The Caswell's came down to do some pre-Halloween celebrating. We got a chance to get aquainted with Jack's new cousin, Calvin...such a cutie. Mars made some delicious soup for lunch. The girls decorated some awesome devil's food cake cupcakes for dessert. While Jude was napping, all of the girls took an outing to see the horses (they even have a Palamino in the barn now... the same type that Grammy used to ride). As luck would have it, the ferriers were there shoeing the horses. It was fun to get an up close look at the process. After the horses, we were off see the smelly cows. We were in luck again... they were milking the cows. It was an extra part of the tour that we were not expecting to see.
When Jude got up, it was time for a one-stop shop...a little pre-treating. (Unfortunately, our picky Jude refuses to wear his new tiger costume.) After snack time (and play-doh) we topped some pizza with toppings of our own and had a quick bite to eat. All-in-all it was another fabulous visit!
