Best Kept Secret

Upon waiting all winter long for our chance to try the Portsmouth outdoor pool, we finally gave it a try. What an awesome excursion! The pool is huge (33 yards by 100 yards) and broken up by lane markers at different depths. Jude was ecstatic with the fact that the water wasn't over his head for a big amount of the pool. Levi could even touch in the shallowest area ( only 1 1/2 feet deep). There are chairs, tables with umbrellas, lifeguards, bathrooms, and it's inexpensive ($2 for adults and $1 for kids... even cheaper if you are a resident of Portsmouth). The only drawback... it's only open for 2 months. Jude had such a great time yesterday that he and Joel went back today for a repeat!
