Snow Cave

What a weird winter it has been! With snow in October and March and not much in between, Jude and Joel took advantage of our latest snow storm. After about 12 inches of fluff fell on the ground, they decided it was high time to build a snow cave into the pile of snow that had been shoveled off of the driveway. The cave was so inviting that Levi (who had decided it was too cold outside and had retreated inside to do some creative painting) made a second trip out in the cold. It was so roomy that Levi could stand up inside the cave. It didn't take long before the boys brought their beach toys into their den to give it a more homey appeal.
