Butternut Farm

This year we decided to try pickin' apples on a weekday to avoid the New England weekender crowds. It worked... we almost had the whole place to ourselves. We had a fabulous time!
Jude's favorite part of our apple picking extravaganza had to be the wagons... he's all boy! Anything with wheels...and he's all over it.

Once we got to our pickin' destination Jude discovered another set of wheels, a golf cart. The owner of the farm, a former UNH graduate, was pickin' too. He was super-friendly and let Jude hop on up for a hands-on experience.

Quite the bundle...I still get my Hartter hugs in. Jude doesn't let his little brother dictate whether he gets his time in his Mamma's arms.

Taste testing...

Levi slept through the entire trip....

Jude a scarecrow? I don't think so...

On the way out we got to check out the sheep.....
We even got to go home with our own little sheep....
